Richardson also shared the commercial to her Instagram, announcing the album’s Friday release.

“There will be ups and down in life, but it’s important to remember to RUN YOUR OWN RACE,” she captioned the post. “Love to @beatsbydre and @kanyewest for the support. Another commercial and another new Ye song dropping tomorrow! DONDA out on Friday! Let’s goo.”

The commercial dropped after a reported album listening party in Las Vegas last week, with an official one scheduled in Atlanta on Thursday.

Social media personality Justin Laboy, who has reportedly heard the album, had high praise.

“The production is light years ahead of its time, and the bars sound like he’s broke & hungry trying to get signed again,” he tweeted. “Any artist who plan on dropping soon should just push it back.”

Donda is a tribute to West’s late mother, and will be his tenth studio album, after 2019’s Jesus is King.

Lil Baby, Pusha T, and Baby Keem have all reportedly collaborated with West on the record.

Other artists rumored to be involved include Griselda, Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, Pusha T and Post Malone.

Ahead of the release, moving videos of the rapper and his mother have emerged on social media.

Donda West, who was also her son’s manager, passed away in 2007 aged 58 following plastic surgery complications.
